Just describe what you want at the counter. Ask for a Grilled Cheeseburger, a Burger Bowl, cheese on your fries, or a fully loaded dog. Be specific and friendly; most locations will make it without issue.
Are secret menu items more expensive?
Usually only slightly. Toppings are always free, so a loaded burger costs the same. Cheese fries may add about 50 cents, and a Grilled Cheeseburger costs roughly the price of a grilled cheese plus a Little burger.
